Academic
We host graduate student seminars, and organize
professor talks across different departments on campus.
Industry
We are looking to develop further relationships with companies in order to bridge the gap between academia and industry
Social
We want to connect students across different disciplines and interests through social events such as trips to local breweries and trivia nights.
Academic
We regularly organize events that allow graduate students to share their research and talk about their interests. This may involve talks ranging from wearable electronics to atmosphere sensors and consumer electronic batteries.
We also reach out to other schools on campus such as the school of Global Policy and Strategy to understand multiple perspectives from economics as well as engineering.
Industry
Relationships with companies is critical in order to bridge the gap between academia and industry. We are excited to learn about how companies such as Tesla tackle some of the same research questions we are working on in lab. If you are an industry professional and would like to work with us, drop us a line!
Social
The energy club also fosters a community that helps students from different parts of campus connect and collaborate. We organize gatherings at local breweries, trivia nights and more!
